Davinia was at Cole's in March to celebrate the launch of her new book, Imagine and You Can (signed copies can be ordered in our 'Signed Editions' section). We all had great fun as Davinia's unique skills got us motivated and in charge of our lives (at last!). Davinia's methods clearly work as this testimonial from one of her clients shows: Personal training and coaching have completely changed my life. I now have control over what I eat and don’t use food as an emotional crutch. I have a healthy relationship with food now, which I never used to have. I have lost 8% body fat over the last few months and I look and feel fabulous.
We're very much looking forward to Davinia's next book and hopefully a return visit to Cole's.
